Here is a non-exclusive list of food items to avoid while trying to lose weight and become a more healthier you.

  • Processed Sugar (Including sugar substitutes)
  • White Carbs (The whiter the bread, the faster you're dead!)
  • High Fat Dairy Products (Whole Milk, Cheese, Ice Cream, etc)
  • Sweets
  • Red, Fatty Meats
  • Soda (Regular & Diet), Juices, and other Sugary Beverages like fancy Starbucks fraps!
  • Weight loss pills and other dangerous supplements
Always make sure you conduct thorough research before consuming unnatural products, especially the ones that sound too good to be true. Also, do not buy into advertising scams on products. READ LABELS!!
